    Job Title: Marketing Specialist

    Location: Granarolo (BO)
    Company: Scarabelli – Irex Group

    We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist for our headquarters in Granarolo dell’Emilia (BO) with the following key responsibilities:

    • Organize and manage participation in trade shows, events, merchandising, and sales support activities.
    • Prepare and maintain technical and commercial documentation.
    • Manage and execute marketing activities across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Develop creative marketing strategies to promote our precision irrigation products and services.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, social media, and promotional materials.
    • Act as a project manager for the implementation of systems such as CRM.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

    Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication
    • Alternatively, a degree in agronomy with a specialization in marketing or communication.
    • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a hands-on environment, at least 2 years.
    • Fluency in English and at least one additional language, Spanish preferred.
    • Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

      Job Title: Sales Manager – Central Europe

      Location: Remote | Full-time | Start date: Immediate

      We are currently seeking a Sales Manager Central Europe with the following key responsibilities:

      • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and distributors in Central Europe countries, focusing on agriculture, landscaping, and sports irrigation systems.
      • Promote the complete product range of the Group (Scarabelli, Samcla, Europlast, Giunti, Ris Iberia) ensuring integrated commercial coverage.
      • Conduct direct customer visits and provide technical and commercial support to the network.
      • Analyze market potential, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
      • Achieve growth targets in terms of sales and network expansion.
      • Prepare activity reports and forecasts for the European Sales Director.

      Requirements:

      • Proven experience in a similar role (Export Area Manager or equivalent), preferably in the irrigation, agribusiness, garden, or water management sectors.
      • Excellent command of English; knowledge of an Eastern European language is a strong plus.
      • Strong autonomy in managing international sales.
      • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
      • Proactive mindset, strong results orientation, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities.
